There will be no training at St Mary's track this Sunday. Instead there is county squad cross country training on Mellet's Hill in Swinford, starting at 11am.
The session will last approximately 1hr to 1hr 30minutes, weather dependent. This county squad is open to athletes from Under 9 up to Seniors.
Parking will be at MP Moran's Industrial Estate (F12 Y5Y0, the red area in the map). Follow the blue line on the map to get to Mellet's Hill. There will be no access from the Toyota garage side of the hill and strictly no parking at the Toyota garage for safety reasons. All athletes must be escorted up to Mellet's Hill and collected at the end of the session.
Bring spare clothes and wear old runners or football boots. The ground will be wet and mucky!
