Important Information about Sunday training for September 8th 2024

︎There will be no training at the track tomorrow. Instead we will be training at Lough Lannagh.

Club training for ALL athletes will take place at the back of LOUGH LANNAGH tomorrow morning (F23 FA03)
Athletes MUST sign in at 11.20am
Please sign your child in at the CARPARK opposite the graveyard. If athlete has not signed, they CANNOT take part in the session.
Athletes to be collected at CARPARK
Parents of 2015 & 2016 born athletes MUST STAY AT THE LAKE.
Kids born in 2014, 2015, or2016 will finish at 12.30pm, 2013 and older athletes will finish at 12.45 pm
Help from parents will be needed tomorrow
Wear your Castlebar AC t shirts if you have one.
