The Mayo County Uneven Ages Cross Country competition will be held on Sunday 6th October in Swinford on Melletts Hill, at 11am.
Registration Tent
Registration will be in a tent in the middle field.
€8 per athlete, €15 for 2, €20 for three or more.
Please bring the correct money with you on the day,and don't forget to BRING PINS for your numbers.
Parking
Will be at MP Moran’s Industrial Estate F12 Y5Y0 the red area on the map there will be Marshalls on the day to direct you. Follow the blue line on the map to gain access to Mellett’s Hill, There will be no Access to Mellett’s Hill from the Toyota Garage side. Please do not park on the road from the Corrib Oil Garage to the N5 junction.

Port-a-loos are available on site.
First Aid
Civil Defence will be present on the Day.

U11s Girls & Boys (2 races) 1500m
U13s Girls and Boys (2 races) 2500m
U15s Girls and Boys (2 races) 3500m
U17s Girls & Boys (1 race) 4500m
U19 Girls, Senior Women (1 race) 5000m.
U19/Boys, Senior Men (1 race) 5000m, 6000m
First race the U9s start at 11 am all races to follow after. We may rearrange races depending on numbers on the day. Seniors and masters are welcome to run on Sunday the races are not championships, there will not be medals for these races on the day.
Club tents are allowed, Please dress for the weather ie Umbrellas and rain gear.
Running Spikes are allowed.
There will be Tea/Coffee/snacks available on the day. Please bring a lunch.
Just a reminder all Juvenile athletes must compete in the Mayo County Unevens Cross Country Championship to be eligible to run in the Connaught Cross Country. Any exemptions will have to be requested to the County Secretary by 6pm on the Friday before the competition. There will be no exemptions without very good reason. All athletes who compete will be eligible to run in the Connaught Cross Country Championship.
