First off, there will be no training this Sunday because of the Cross Country race.

And here's some information for the Mayo Even Age Cross Country taking place this weekend from Mayo Athletics.

First race: 11.00am

Running Order

1. 11:00am U8 Girls – 600m approx.

2. U8 Boys – 600m approx.

3. U10 Girls – 1000m

4. U10 Boys – 1000m

5. U12 Girls – 2000m

6. U12 Boys – 2000m

7. U14 Girls – 3000m

8. U14 Boys – 3000m

9. U16 Girls & Boys – 4000m (combined)

10. U18 Girls & Boys & Senior Women – 4500m (combined)

11. Senior Men – 6000m

Parking

There is no parking on the road. Parking is in the designated field only. Please follow the instructions of

parking officials. There is no charge for parking.

Facilities and Event Information

Club tents are permitted in the designated area. Running spikes are allowed. Port-a-loos will be available and

Order of Malta, Belmullet will provide first-aid cover.

There will be a food trailer with hot food, tea, coffee and snacks. Please bring cash, as reception for card

machines is not always guaranteed.

Please dress appropriately for the weather and remember to leave no trace and take all rubbish home.
